Drafts are not being removed when mails are sent. To reproduce: Create a mail and save as a draft. Go back to the app and send. The draft remains even though the mail was sent.
I’m experiencing an issue with Custom Smart Labels in FiloMail on Android. I created three Custom Smart Labels — Orders, Finance, and Communication — with natural-language prompts. However, even after using them for several days, new incoming emails that clearly match the respective categories have not been automatically assigned to those Smart Labels. Example: I had an "Orders" Smart Label configured for order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, and purchase-related emails. After the Smart Label was already configured, I received a new email from Shiprocket with the subject: "Your NAKPRO NUTRITION order has been delivered!" The email clearly contains order and delivery information, but it was not automatically categorized under the Orders Smart Label. I have observed similar behavior with my other Custom Smart Labels as well. For troubleshooting, I have now updated the Smart Label prompts to make them shorter and more specific, and I have also configured Smart Filters as an additional rule-based layer. Expected behavior: New incoming emails that clearly match a Custom Smart Label's prompt should automatically receive that Smart Label.
I will try to explain this the best I can. I am using the TestFlight mobile app and I went into the agent tab and scrolled up to an earlier summary. I replied to that summary asking for it to add it to my calendar. That part went fine, but afterwards, the rest of the email summaries after the one I replied to vanished on mobile. I still see them on desktop. It looks like force closing the app and relaunching it resolved it, but wanted to report the bug.
I have noticed that occasionally when I delete an email I am viewing rather than move to the next email in the list, it skips it and goes to the one below. I am seeing this on Windows 64 latest version.
I created a manual to-do from an email and dated it May 29 at 6pm. In my to-do list it shows under Today because it was created today and not under Next 7 Days when it is actually due.
When I search for a single keyword on the Windows 64 or Mac Apple Silicon apps, I get no results at all. On mobile I get the results I expect to see. I am on the latest versions of both apps and have no filters selected.
I have noticed that my to-do list is not the same between mobile and desktop on several occasions.
When I delete an email, often times the email will disappear from the inbox list for a second and then reappear for a couple seconds and then finally disappear permanently. This is very distracting and makes processing emails quickly difficult.
Norton prevented installation of Filo Mail because Filo-Setup.exe was infected with IDP.Generic. How can this be addressed/
I keep noticing that sometimes when I click on an email (or it advances to the next one) that the email will be immediately marked read, then a second later is marked unread again and stays that way for a couple seconds and then is marked read again. This was on the Windows app.
Hello there seems to be an issue with syncing emails from gmail into filo. I tried reinstalling the app and it's still not working properly. Thanks!
You can only create 3. There are already set. Once created there's no way to delete.
I have been using Filo for the last 9 months on my mac running Tahoe 26.1 and below are my remarks on badly needed missing features: Email signatures: not possible to have a customized email signature for outgoing messages Sync with calendar is non existent events are not automatically logged into calendar when they are accepted Searching and finding name does not automatically open new message with that name in new blank message layout No clear sorting methods of mail data base Regards, gaby@ecoservlb.org
Eliminated jittering animations and font size glitches when expanding email threads, improving readability and interface stability.
An issue where a standalone email—without any replies or forwards—was incorrectly collapsed in the message view. Instead of displaying in full, the content appeared folded and required a click to expand, at which point it was shown in a quoted format. This misled users into thinking it was part of a thread.
