🙏 Feature Request — 2 high-priority UX improvements

H e llo FiloMail Team! I'm a regular user and love the app's structure. Two missing features are hurting daily usability: --- 🔧 Feature Request 1: Copy/select sender email address Currently long-pressing the "From" field does nothing — no way to select or copy the sender's email at all. Expected behaviour: • Long press → address becomes selectable with Android text handles + "Copy" option • Single tap → instantly copies to clipboard with a ✅ "Copied!" toast notification

I am a new user. Can I have multiple email account under free plan? How to add new email account?

Option to Display Older Emails Past 60 Days

Currently it appears that the inbox is limited to the last 60 days, unless an email is starred. It would be nice if this was configurable.

New User Looking For Date Sorting and Moving Emails

I just downloaded & got my emails to show up on Filo Mail today. It looks great, but 2 of the first things I tried to do were not available. The first was that I want the emails to sort oldest first. The other is that I cannot move an email from the Inbox to one of my mail folders. I want to see emails in their chronological order without having to search up. There was no obvious option to change the sorting order. I looked in other feedback posts but could not see where this was addressed. This was one of the few advantages that classic Outlook had over the Gmail app. I tried to move an email from the Inbox to a folder I keep for utility bills. When I started dragging the email it indicated that it was moving the email, but then it would just stay in the Inbox. This one seems like it should be pretty easy, but it doesn’t work. It doesn’t matter if I tried to stay in the same email account or move it to a folder in another account. Any ideas & fixes are welcome. Thank you.

Marking Emails As Spam - Mobile

Hi all, I see that when selecting emails one by one on the Windows desktop app, one of the options to do with the selected emails is to “Mark as SPAM” and it looks to be replaced by the “Schedule” option on the IOS mobile app. Is there a way to edit this list of options? If not, are there any plans to add this option sometime in the near future? For now, what I’m doing is adding the email to the SPAM folder that I created since I wasn’t aware that there was actually a built-in option for this, thanks

[Feature request] Pin mail to the top

My go-to mail client allows me to pin my important mail to the top so every time I open the app, I can open it immediately. Any plan on adding this?

Hi Filomail dev team. This is really an impressive APP, We like the feature sets with AI very much. Will there be an plan to support other email providers like Microsoft365 and iCloud?

Signatures and Email Templates

1) Signature handling is not very robust. Copy&Paste of a email signature with images almost always breaks, especially images are handled not correctly. A HTML view would be very helpful to create beautiful email signatures. 2) Email Templates It would be nice, if i could create templates for reuse.

Import Mail Folders?

Is there a way that we can have the personal folders that I created inside of Gmail visible within this program?

Conversation Mode

Is there a way to turn OFF conversation mode so it doesn’t automatically group similar messages or message threads? A personal preference of mine so I don’t miss potential replies.

Hi. Been using for 2 days. Really enjoying. A couple of things. The AI feature is slow. The email summary is in Hindi when I ha e already changed the settings to English. It is not for many mails just sometime. I am in India but i have changed the settings to English. Many thanks for helping.

hi, I have use my gmail to access the Filo. But i have other mail address i would like to use Filo as well. However, I log in with my google account and from there try to add some additional mail account, failed. Can you show me to add the additional mail account?

No "Close button" for read panel (Mac App)

On the right read panel, how to close it? It should has close button on top right or somewhere but I cannot easy find it.
