Currently, the Free version allows up to 3 Custom Subject Tags. You can unlock Filo Plus benefits — including the ability to create more labels — by inviting friends and earning Plus access.
Regarding the deletion issue, could you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing and let us know which client (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, etc.) you’re using? That will help us investigate the issue more accurately.
