I created a manual to-do from an email and dated it May 29 at 6pm. In my to-do list it shows under Today because it was created today and not under Next 7 Days when it is actually due.
Just to clarify — the "Today" section in your to-do list includes both tasks due today and tasks created today. So a to-do created today will always appear there, regardless of its due date. Hope that helps explain what you're seeing!
