Hi! Yes, you can connect multiple email accounts on the free plan. Currently, both Free and Plus accounts do not have a limit on the number of email accounts you can connect.
To add another email account, go to Agent → Connections and connect your additional email account there. We support Gmail, Outlook, and other email providers that support standard IMAP.
If you run into any issues while connecting your account, feel free to let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

Thanks for the follow-up. For non-Gmail accounts, the connection is handled through Filo Agent, and the account won't appear as a separate inbox in the left sidebar — this is intentional. Our vision is to manage all connected accounts through the Agent, moving away from the traditional email list approach. You can access and interact with your connected accounts directly via the Agent tab.

This is creative but how do I know who send me what?

For Gmail and Outlook, email push notifications are already supported. New emails can be pushed through an Agent conversation, and the message will show both the sender and which connected account/mailbox it came from.
For other IMAP accounts, you can use Triggers to receive scheduled summaries of new emails. You can define what should be included in the summary, so it can also show who the emails are from and which account received them.
