Signatures and Email Templates

Feature Request

1) Signature handling is not very robust. Copy&Paste of a email signature with images almost always breaks, especially images are handled not correctly. A HTML view would be very helpful to create beautiful email signatures.

2) Email Templates

It would be nice, if i could create templates for reuse.

Thanks for the suggestions — really valuable feedback.

We agree that an HTML signature editor would be very helpful, especially for signatures with images.

For email templates, we still need to discuss the approach internally. In the meantime, you can try Writing Styles (Settings → Writing Style) to set different styles for different scenarios and let Filo AI generate emails based on those requirements.

We’re exploring improvements in this area and will keep you posted. Thanks again! 💙
